Our office currently has 4 Licensed Massage Therapists serving our patients. Dr. Deanna Barbaro works together will all therapists to ensure you have the most healing experience possible. Massage Therapy is an excellent complement to chiropractic treatment. Combined Chiropractic and Massage Therapy are a complete and effective system of pain relief and sustained health. Massage Therapy is an excellent method for improving overall health and musculoskeletal efficiency. Massage has a number of beneficial effects on the body and the mind. Some of these include removal of toxins that can build up in the muscles of the body, increased circulation, and increased flexibility in not only the muscles, but also the connective tissue within the body.
Massage also can help with muscle spasms as well as soft tissue injuries. Increasing the movement and reducing the overall recovery time by helping the body in the healing process. In addition, consistent massage has been known to increase balance.
Chiropractic Massage has proven to assist in the healing of a large number of conditions including back pain, surgery recovery, eating and sleep disorders as well as high blood pressure and diabetes among others.

Suzan has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 30 years! She is also a certified Nurse since 1980 giving her superior insight into your anatomy.
She describes her unique style of massage as Intuitive Massage Therapy as she has combined training and techniques she has learned over her career. She is trained and certified in such various techniques as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trager Approach, Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Asian, Cranial Sacral, Trigger Therapy and Aromatherapy.
She has gone so far as to study Lomi Lomi on the big island of Hawaii from Master Aunty Margaret. She has also studied the healing practices of the Native American, Huichal Indians of Mexico and Incan cultures of Peru. Suzan also a Level II Reiki practicioner.
Suzan has recently moved to Naples from Cocoa Beach where she enjoyed story telling in Elementary Schools and made dolls and animal props incorporate into her story telling.
She works in combination with Dr. Deanna Barbaro to focus her skills on patient's individual needs. Patients consistently comment on her ability, skill and technique.

Leah has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and has worked in the Southwest Florida area since then. She has experience working in both Chiropractic and Spa settings. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Dr. Barbaro likes to refer patients with shoulder and joint issues to Leah as she has done amazing work on patients experiencing these issues.
She enjoys spending time with her dogs and playing music. She also loves working with patients and helping them get back into their regular life routine.

Jackie has been a massage therapist for over 23 years. Originally from Washington DC, she has enjoyed coming to Naples for many years. She has a long history working in both medical and chiropractic settings and has a thorough understanding of body mechanics.
Jackie is currently helping patients with a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Medical Massage, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular, Rehabilitative/Recovery and Qigong.
Jackie is in the office on Mondays & Wednesdays
